Packages from LA BELLE BOUGIE® SWITZERLAND are sent within Switzerland via Swiss Post.
Shipping usually takes 2-10 days. Each candle is cast to order.
Shipping costs:
Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 8.50 CHF.
Germany: 4.50 €.
Europe: 12.00 €.
All other countries 35.00 CHF.

We do not bear the cost of return shipping, customs duties or local taxes on the goods.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within sixty days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise (if you paid by credit card, the money will be transferred to the account you provided); you will be charged a fee of five Swiss francs (CHF) per order for the reimbursement.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. The product and packaging must not be damaged.
You must return or hand over the goods promptly and in any event no later than five working days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the five working day period.
